Born and raised in North Idaho, Christian Stark is an adventurer, an explorer, and a storyteller. Christian studied film and theatre in school, earning his MFA in film production from the prestigious film school, the University of Southern California. He has been working in photography, film, and theatre for well over a decade. Christian has traveled across the globe to capture images that tell stories unheard. While his focus is portrait and adventure, his documentary roots have led him to work on a wide range of projects including theatrical, commercial. The Team
Designer
Kainoa Stark, is a native Hawaiian, loves Disneyland, and know how to create really unique looks. She has an MBA with an emphasis in marketing and has worked as a production designer; she’s helped design wardrobe, makeup, sets, and more. Kainoa will work with you from the very beginning to help you figure out what to wear, how to do your hair and make up, what kind of backdrop; she will help you create your style so that when we shoot you look your best and we create images that really tell your story.
1st Assistant
Matt Suhr, born and raised in North Idaho, Matt first met Christian while taking one his acting classes and working as Christian’s lighting assistant for a play. They have been working together ever since. Matt has a deep background in theatre, with an emphasis in stage management and lighting, making him the perfect assistant for Christian. In the office Matt uses his stage manager magic to schedule our shoots and set up all the logistics, and when we get to your shoot he’ll likely be helping out with the lights.
